The site is information, not advice

Everything here — market figures, guides, area pages and property information — is offered for general information. It is not legal, financial or tax advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional inspection, survey or appraisal.

Home value estimates

The home value tool produces an estimate from published market medians and the floor area you enter. It is arithmetic over public figures, not an appraisal, and it has not seen your house. It does not account for condition, finish, lot, view, frontage or anything else that makes one house differ from another of the same size.

Do not rely on it to price a sale or a purchase. A real figure comes from a walkthrough and comparable sales, and that is a conversation worth having.

Property information

Property details, prices and availability change, and may be out of date or contain errors. Nothing here is an offer. Verify anything you intend to act on.

Enquiries do not create a relationship

Sending an enquiry or downloading a guide does not by itself create an agency relationship, a client relationship, or any obligation on either side. Representation begins only when it is agreed in writing.
